Designed and taught Creative Development Courses Singing For Everyone for 18 years at UNSW

Designed and taught Creative Development Courses Singing For EveryoneJazz Vocals and Musical Notation at Eastern Suburbs Community College and Sydney Community College for 18 years

Won various Songwriting Awards. Lynne is proud of these. Her song Anchor Bay received an Honourable Mention in 3 different categories of the BILLBOARD WORLD SONG CONTEST, those being POP and COUNTRY/FOLK:

Formed originals band WATERCOLOUR whose debut CD was launched at The Basement in 1997 and attained commercial air play soon after.  A recording contract was offered but Lynne turned it down. Instead she made a second independent CD called THIS HUMAN THING containing eleven original songs including the song Seaweed which tells that story, an excerpt of which can be found on the music-clips page.  

Won Moomba Song Competition’s Australian Conservation Foundation Award for the song Greenhouse Effect

Performed band gigs with original compositions at many prominent and well established venues including The Basement, Kinsellas, Sydney Opera House Forecourt, Darling Harbour, Martin Place Amphitheatre, Harbourside Brasserie, The Rocks Markets, Paddington Markets, and many more

Performed solo Piano Bar gigs at residencies including The Albury Hotel in Paddington, Sydney Casino, Sydney Hilton, The Menzies Hotel, Sheraton On The Park, Hotel Intercontinental, and many more

Registered by the Australian Music Examination Board in 1994, Teacher No. 12480

Began teaching Music in 1990

Studied Arranging and Jazz Vocals at the NSW Conservatorium of Music
